Certified Support Planning Services

Christine Loose, Certified Support Planner and Principal owner of Flex-Pac, Inc. is first and foremost a parent of a CDCS (Consumer-Directed Community Support) recipient. After seeing firsthand the benefits of the CDCS waiver and the services that were covered that were not being funded by insurance, she combined her corporate business background with lived experience to start the support planning business in 2003. She became passionate about the consumer-directed model and providing families assistance in creatively using their waiver funding to purchase needed and often “out-of-the-box” therapies and services. Christine has since added over 20 additional certified support planners to her team to provide assistance to families all over Minnesota. Each of her team members average at least 15 years experience in social services and disability related fields or direct experience with CDCS. Christine has also provided professional training services to other support planners and service providers around the state as hired by the Department of Human Services to do so. Christine is in leadership roles within the certified support planner community in an effort to ensure continuous improvement of the services provided overall with the program.

Christine has a business degree from The Carlson School of Management-University of Minnesota.
