Her background includes four years as a Direct Support Professional, where she developed a strong foundation in client advocacy, daily care support, and team coordination. In addition to her work in CDCS, Essence is also a Licensed Dental Assistant, a credential that reflects her commitment to detailed care and precision skills essential to navigating the complexities of Minnesota’s waiver services.
