With over 25 years of experience in the field of human services, I am passionate about empowering individuals and families to live their best lives. My career journey has included 15 years working in County services, 2 years running a residential company, and 9 years as a Senior Director at a contracted case management agency. I bring a deep understanding of the systems and supports that help people thrive. I work as a Support Planner with Flex Pac because I truly enjoy connecting with and supporting the population I have spent my career serving. Building trusted relationships, navigating systems, and helping people reach their goals is at the heart of what I do. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota Morris in Liberal Arts for the Human Services, with minors in Psychology and Spanish. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three boys, a wife, and a dog lover with three energetic pups. I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, reading, and sharing lots of laughter with my family and friends.
